XT is a special purpose product for decorating adhesive-coated textiles or decorative ribbons.

Main characteristics

• suitable for ultrafi ne lines or designs, large areas as well as so called "Millepunti designs”
• excellent washability (30 °C / 86 °F hand washing) provided a suitable special purpose textile adhesive is used

Application examples

• swimwear, evening dresses, curtains, decorative textiles, T-shirts, sweatshirts, decorative ribbons

Processing temperatures

• 180 - 200 °C (356 - 392 °F) on special machines

Colors

• ALUFIN® (silver). Additional metallic colors and a transparent version (TS) available upon request as a custom order

Textile decoration:

• roll-on application using a heated calendar press (with counterpressure roller) onto textiles

primed with special purpose adhesive

Ribbon decoration:

• roll-on application using, for example, KURZ's specially designed ribbon machine, with a metal stamping wheel (suitable for fine, medium sized and full surface designs)

• Special patterns available on request
