Roll-on Stamping
  Hot Stamping
The hot stamping foil is applied to the substrate by means of a heated stamping roller or wheel (made of silicon or metal) in a continuous roll-on process.

1.

Heat and pressure activate the adhesive layer.  The detachable lacquer layers adhere only where there is counter pressure from the substrate.

2.

After a short cooling stage, the polyester carrier is released and rewound separately.
