Vertical Stamping
  Hot Stamping

The hot stamping foil is applied to the substrate by a heated stamping die (silicon or metal). This is done in a cyclical vertical stamping motion.

1.

Heat and pressure activate the adhesive layer.  The shape of the die determines where the lacquer layers will adhere to the substrate.

2.

The polyester carrier and the spent residual foil are released and rewound separately.
